Dr. Rachel Rogers

Rachel Rogers, MD FAAP
Dr Rachel Rogers received her Bachelor's Degree from Wake Forest University then went to East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina. Dr Rogers attended Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock Arkansas for her pediatric residency training. After a few years working in Little Rock in private practice, she moved to Marion to be closer to her family. In 2003, Dr Rogers started MountainView Pediatrics and has been committed to serving the families in Southwest Virginia ever since. She is very active in her church and has two boys that keep her busy.

Dr. Amy Harden Amy Harden, MD FAAP
Dr Amy Harden is a native of Virginia, having grown up in Chantilly in the northern part of our state. She received her Bachelors degree from the University of Virginia, and then attended the University of Virginia School of Medicine on an Air Force scholarship. She completed her Pediatric training at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio in 1995 and went on to teach at a Family Practice training site in the panhandle of Florida for 6 years. She feels quite honored to have served our military families! She is an avid advocate for child health and will easily tell you she has the best job in the world! Dr Harden is married and has one child. Her interests including spending time with her family, riding the Creeper Trail, hiking, cooking, and singing.

Jan Marie Gambrell, CPNP Jan Marie Gambrell, CPNP
Jan Marie Gambrell is a Pediatric Nurse Practioner, who has been with MountainView Pediatrics since 2009. In 2000, Jan Marie received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from University of Tenneesse at Chatanooga followed by her Masters Degree in the Nurse Practioner Program from Vanderbilt University. After working in two pediatric offices in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area for over seven years, Jan Marie has made her home in Marion, Virginia. Jan Marie enjoys this area greatly, especially the change in seasons, which is very different from the "hot, hotter, and hottest" weather in Texas. She is involved in her local church and loves doing outdoor activities and traveling.

Karen Bordwine, CFNP Karen Bordwine, CFNP
Karen was born and raised in Southwest Virginia. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at King College in Bristol, TN and graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Master's degree and completion of the Nurse Practitioner Program. Karen is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with many years of hospital experience including critical care experience. Karen is married and currently resides in Washington County, VA. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, flower gardening, and spending time with her family.
