There is a doctor or nurse on call to answer phone questions that cannot wait until the next business day. To contact this doctor or nurse for a phone question, please call the Hospital Operator at 276-378-1000. Please do NOT call after hours for medication refills or questions that are not urgent in nature.
Currently, we have a nurse designated for answering phone calls every weekday during clinic hours. For your convenience, we will be answering questions about your child through our PATIENT PORTAL. This would be a good way to check lab results, ask for medication refills, or ask a non-urgent question. We will answer these requests within 48 hours of the time you send them.
